　　记者：据报道，近期美国防部长在国会听证会上称，中国是“步步紧逼的威胁”，美方将优先增加印太地区威慑力，“以实力求和平”。美国“大而美”法案明确将拨款120亿美元用于“太平洋吓阻计划”，提升印太部队战备实力，强化台湾防卫能力。请问发言人有何评论？

　　张晓刚：大国相处之道不应是零和博弈，和平共处是中美两国应共同守住的底线。中国的发展对任何国家都不构成威胁，也从来不像有的国家那样搞威慑、胁迫那一套，中国军队始终是维护世界和平的坚定力量。

　　台湾问题纯属中国内政，不容任何外来干涉。美方一再背信弃诺，执意武装台湾，最终只会引火烧身、自食苦果。我们敦促美方树立客观理性对华认知，不要总拿中国说事，欺骗误导美国民众和国际社会，而是要为两国两军关系发展创造有利条件。【编辑:叶攀】
