　　中新网北京7月1日电赫尔辛基消息：据芬兰广播公司报道，7月1日，芬兰禁止货船倾倒废水的禁令正式生效，这让该国成为全球首个实施此类法规的国家。

　　报道称，芬兰议会于2024年12月批准了该立法修正案，自今年7月1日起，货船不得将厕所废水、含硫洗涤水和洗涤器污泥排放到芬兰沿海水域。

　　然而，该禁令包含一段较长的过渡期。在未来近五年内，水槽和淋浴产生的废水仍可排入芬兰沿海水域。

　　报道指出，船舶排放到海里的厕所废水含有大量肠道细菌和悬浮固体，且包含较高营养成分。这些营养物质会导致水体富营养化，从而促进藻类生长，消耗氧气，破坏海洋生态系统。(完) 【编辑:魏晨曦】
