　　有记者提问：据报道，特朗普6月30日签署总统国家安全备忘录，宣布重拾和强化第一任期对古巴强硬政策，推翻拜登政府时期对古缓和政策，表示致力于建立“自由”“民生”的古巴，解决“古巴人民在社会主义政权遭受的苦难”。请问发言人对此有何评论？

　　毛宁：我注意到有关报道，过去60多年来，美国对古巴野蛮封锁、非法制裁，严重侵犯古巴的生存权和发展权，违反国际关系基本准则，给古巴人民造成深重灾难。

　　中方坚定支持古巴走符合本国国情的发展道路，反对美方打着所谓“民主”“自由”的幌子滥施单边制裁。我们敦促美方立即取消对古巴的封锁制裁，将古巴从“支恐国家名单”中移除。这也是国际社会的普遍呼声。(完)
